Data center infrastructure
From site and power to financed GPU capacity with a customer.
Everything a data center deal needs, in one place: sites and power, hardware, colocation, GPU operators, compute buyers and the lenders who finance it. Tell us where you stand, and we introduce the parties that complete the chain.
The chain we work along
A GPU deal is financeable when all four links are in place. Most of the parties we talk to have one or two. We introduce the rest.
01
Site and power
A data hall or powered land with grid capacity, cooling and a start date.
Sites and colocation →02
Hardware
GPUs and servers, new or in operation, with a vendor quote or a bill of materials.
GPUs and equipment →03
Customer on contract
A compute buyer committed on a fixed-term contract. This is what lenders size the debt on.
GPU capacity market →04
Financing
Debt sized on the contract and the hardware, from lenders who understand the asset.
Contract-backed financing →
How it works
- 1
You describe it
A short form per category. No cost to send, and nothing is published.
- 2
We review it
We check that the request is complete and ask for what is missing.
- 3
We look for a fit
We approach counterparties who fit, and share details only after you agree.
- 4
You continue directly
The parties negotiate and close between themselves. We are not a party to the deal.
Where do you stand in the chain?
Tick what you already have. Nothing is sent, this only points you to the right next step.
0 / 4
Start with the site or the customer.
Most chains start from one of two ends: a data center with space and power, or a buyer who needs committed GPU capacity. Tell us which one you are closest to.

What we do and what we do not do
We do
- Introduce professional counterparties that fit your request
- Help prepare the information the other side expects
- Coordinate the process between the parties
We do not
- Lend money, take deposits or hold client funds
- Buy or sell sites or equipment ourselves, or take part in the deal
- Give investment advice or recommend securities
- Guarantee a match, a price or a reply
Questions we get
Does it cost anything to send a request?
No. If we go further together, fee terms are agreed in writing before any introduction is made.
Who sees my information?
Our team only. We share details with a named counterparty after you have agreed to it.
Who can use the service?
Companies and professional or institutional parties. We do not work with consumers.
Are there public listings?
Not yet. Requests are handled by our team, and nothing is published without your approval.
What is contract-backed financing?
Debt sized on a signed customer contract for compute, usually with the hardware as collateral as well. The loan is repaid out of the contract revenue within the contract term. We explain it on its own page.
Can you help if we only have one part of the chain?
Yes, that is the usual starting point. A site without an operator, an operator without a customer, or a buyer without capacity. We introduce the parties that complete the chain, and the financing conversation starts once a contract is signed.
