Controller
FinanceGPU is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: contact@financegpu.com.
What we collect
The details you enter in our forms: name, work email, job title, company or organisation, country, website, and the information about your financing request or lending appetite. We also receive technical data such as your IP address when you submit a form, used to prevent abuse. We also use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type). It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Why we use it and on what basis
To read your inquiry, reply to you and, where you agree, introduce you to a suitable counterparty. The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service. For financing inquiries we also make an internal, partly automated assessment of the information you submit (for example contracts, terms and amounts), to decide whether and to whom we can introduce you. It is not shown to you and does not by itself decide the outcome.
Who receives it
Our team and the service providers that host the site and handle email and spam protection on our behalf. We share your details with a lender or borrower only after you have agreed to a specific introduction.
Some providers are located outside the EU or EEA. Where that is the case, transfers rely on approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to further contact are deleted after 24 months. If we work together, we keep what is needed for as long as the relationship lasts and as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@financegpu.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If spam protection is enabled, the provider may set a technical cookie needed to tell people from bots.
