This website is operated by FinanceGPU, referred to as FinanceGPU, we or us.

Introductions only

FinanceGPU introduces borrowers to lenders and helps prepare information for that purpose. We are not a lender, a bank, a credit institution or an investment firm. We do not take deposits, hold client funds or arrange payments between the parties.

Any loan or other financing is agreed directly between the borrower and the lender, on terms they negotiate between themselves.

No advice or offer

Content on this website is general information. It is not an offer, an invitation to invest, a recommendation or personal advice of any kind, and you should not rely on it as such. Take your own legal, tax and financial advice before making a decision.

No guarantee

Sending an inquiry does not mean that financing will be offered or that an introduction will be made. We decide at our discretion which requests to take forward.

Your submissions

Information you submit must be accurate and you must be entitled to share it. Do not submit confidential third-party information or personal data beyond what the forms ask for.

Liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its content.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the Swedish courts.
