Private financing network for GPU infrastructure

GPU Financing: Connect with Institutional Lenders

Send your financing request privately. We prepare an anonymous deal summary, and your identity is shared with a named lender only after you have approved it. We introduce you to professional and institutional counterparties whose criteria fit your project.

Two ways we help

Who we work with

Pick the description that fits you and go straight to the right inquiry form.

How it works

  1. 01

    Submit privately

Describe your financing need in a short form. Nothing is published and nothing is sent to a lender at this stage.

  2. 02

    Anonymous deal summary

We prepare a summary without company name, contacts or documents. You review it before it is used anywhere.

  3. 03

    Lenders register interest

Professional counterparties whose criteria fit can show interest in the anonymous summary.

  4. 04

    You approve disclosure

Your identity and details are shared with a named lender only after you have agreed.

  5. 05

    Introduction and due diligence

The parties then continue directly with each other. FinanceGPU does not lend, hold funds or act as a party.

An inquiry does not guarantee an introduction, an approval or any particular terms. Each step is reviewed and handled by our team. There is no lender login or self-service portal on this site.

Financing structures

Which structure fits depends on your contracts, hardware and size. These are the ones we are most often asked about.

Long-term contracted GPU revenue can make a financing proposal more attractive to capital providers. How much it helps depends on the buyer's creditworthiness, the contract terms, the hardware and the operating arrangements.

  1. 01

    Compute Buyer

Commits to buy GPU capacity under a contract.

  2. 02

    GPU Operator

Delivers the capacity and operates the hardware.

  3. 03

    Financing Provider

May finance the hardware, based on its own assessment.

What we do and what we do not do

We do

  • Introduce professional counterparties that fit your request
  • Help prepare the information the other side expects
  • Coordinate the process between the parties

We do not

  • Lend money, take deposits or hold client funds
  • Give investment advice or recommend securities
  • Take part in the deal or guarantee financing, a buyer or a price

Questions we get

What does FinanceGPU do?

We are an intermediary. We introduce GPU operators and neoclouds to financing providers and long-term compute buyers, and help prepare the information the other side expects.

Do you lend money?

No. We do not lend, hold funds or give investment advice. Every credit decision is made by the financing provider, and terms are agreed directly between the parties.

Do we need a signed customer contract to ask for financing?

No, but it helps a great deal. Financing providers usually size debt on contracted revenue. If you do not have a contract yet, the offtake side of the site is the place to start.

Does it cost anything to send an inquiry?

No. If we go further together, any fee terms are agreed in writing before an introduction is made.

Who sees my information?

Our team only. We share details with a named counterparty after you have agreed to it.

Who can use the service?

Companies and professional or institutional parties. We do not work with consumers.
