FinanceGPU is a specialised B2B intermediary. We connect GPU infrastructure companies with financing providers and with long-term compute buyers.
What FinanceGPU is
GPU infrastructure is expensive to build and is usually financed against the hardware and the customer contracts behind it. Operators often do not know which financing providers understand the asset, and financing providers often do not see projects that fit their criteria.
We work on two connected tracks: GPU financing, which is our primary focus, and GPU offtake, which is secondary. The idea that links them is that financing supported by predictable, contracted compute revenue is easier to place.
How the business works
We receive private inquiries from operators, lenders and compute buyers, assess whether and where there may be a fit, and arrange introductions between counterparties. There are no public listings.
Sending an inquiry costs nothing. If we go further together on a specific introduction, any fee is agreed in writing before the introduction is made. We do not publish prices.

Financing, lender registration or offtake requirements, in a short form.

We assess the fit
We compare it with what the other side typically asks for. If it is too early, we say so.

Introduction after approval
Details are shared with a named counterparty only after you have agreed. The parties then continue directly.
What we do not do
- We do not lend money, take deposits or hold or handle client funds.
- We are an intermediary and not a party to any financing or compute agreement.
- We do not give investment advice or recommend securities.
- We do not guarantee financing, a buyer, a price, an introduction or a reply.
- Every credit decision is made by the financing provider, and every commercial decision by the parties themselves.
